The international student department here is a gem, they have to help me in every single step since I came to UNK. Most importantly, I got attracted to this college due to its opportunities for on-campus jobs and involvement in various organizations for students of any kind.
Overview:
UNK is affordable and with the scholarship, I was awarded it seemed like the obvious choice. It is close to my hometown and the environment is very welcoming. There are many resources on and off-campus to make sure students can succeed.

It is close to my home town so when I want to go home it only takes me two hours. They have a good exercise science program. The faculty to student ratio is small so you get a lot of personal attention.

Yes, I received plenty of scholarships for my schooling. Many of them were local. However, one of them was statewide and paid half tuition. I also received a good about of financial aid making it less stressful for me.
