College placements majorly depend upon the branch of the student but then there are some people who make good use of the platform they get and secure high-paid jobs even from non-circuit branches. Cgpa plays a very important role for students in PS stations.
Admission to BITS Pilani is through the exam of BITSAT. The application form is available on the BITS Pilani website. There is 0% reservation in BITS and the exam is conducted twice a year. The application details are updated on the website.
The placements for CSE and Electrical branches are pretty well. You will get lots of opportunities for internships and placements. Even for research-oriented people, there are many opportunities are there.
The bitsat exam has to be given, and it is available online. No reservation benefits are there. There are around 150 questions and they are to be solved in 3 and half hours. The cutoff is decided for different branches based on some criteria.
Students become eligible from the 7th semester for campus placements, and many companies like Google, Microsoft, Goldman Sachs, Sprinklr, Cisco, Zomato, Adobe, Amazon, etc. come for campus placements. Almost 90% of students get placed in our college. The highest package was around 70-80lpa and the average is around 15lpa. My plan is to prepare for UPSC after my degree.
Well, I enrolled in this college through an exam known as BITSAT. This is a college that provides good opportunities for those who thrive for them. It is an adequate college for those who are financially well worse or can apply for education loans
From the 4th Sem, placements are allowed. All sorts of companies visit the campus, including Nvidia, TI, Microsoft, Adobe, etc. The highest was around 40Lac and avg around 16lac. 98% placements in electronics. I will be looking in getting a good placement from college.
A bitsat exam is required for admission. The information regarding that and the cutoff is available on its website. There are no reservation benefits. The process lacks a bit of transparency as you are not given any info about the candidates on the waiting list above you.
Placement is what we came for. the placement ratio is decent as compared to IITS, for CSE it is almost 100% and for other branches, it performs well enough. the average package is a bit low, around 16-18 in. for CSE it is decent around 30lakhs. but I guess it can get better with more foreign packages. for other branches, it lies around 15-22lakhs which is decent. I plan to sit in placements.
I have given the BITSAT for 2020. I scored 293 marks. I got chemical engineering in BITS Pilani, Pilani campus in round 3 I have frozen my option. There is no reservation in the college. the procedure is accurate and no improvement shall be needed.
Placement season is held in the last year of your respective course. The Placement ratio is near 100% with a median of around 14lpa. The domestic highest varies every year but is generally around 50lpa+. Many top companies visit the college for recruiting.
You have to appear for BITSAT, which is the entrance exam for all campuses of BITS. The cutoff varies each year based on the difficulty of the questions. The dates of filling out the form are declared by the college on their website and the application is also done on the website itself. Some cutoffs for 2020 are available on the website. Some cutoffs of my year were:- CSE- 380+, EEE- 340, ENI- 324, Mech- 298, Chem- 281, Civil- 269. These are roughly the cutoffs I remember for single degrees, there might be some changes and BITS also offers dual degrees. BITS does not offer any reservation benefits.
The course curriculum is simple if and only if you study on a daily basis and not just a day before the exam The faculty members are very learned men and they know the topics and out They are very open and understanding and will give u suggestions regarding anything and everything
For getting admission into BITS u need to write the BITSAT exam Since 2022, there are 2 attempts per year given to a student with almost a months gap The admission process is simple and straight Do wait till the last iteration if u have scored more than 150-160 marks out of 390 There is a good chance of getting a dual degree in the last/spot iteration.
Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Hyderabad (BITS Hyderabad) has a strong track record of successful placements for its students. The institute has a dedicated placement cell that works closely with companies to facilitate the placement process for students. At BITS Hyderabad, students typically become eligible for campus placements from the seventh semester of their undergraduate program. The institute hosts a number of placement drives throughout the year, and a range of companies visit the campus to recruit students for internships and full-time positions. Some of the companies that have visited BITS Hyderabad for campus placements in the past include Microsoft, Amazon, Google, Intel, Cisco, and IBM, among others. The number of offers made by these companies varies from year to year, depending on the needs of the companies and the availability of suitable candidates. In terms of salary packages, the highest package offered to students at BITS Hyderabad varies from year to y
BITS Pilani is a deemed university with several campuses in India, including one in Hyderabad. Admissions to the Hyderabad campus of BITS are based on the marks obtained in the BITS Admission Test (BITSAT), which is a computer-based test. BITSAT is conducted every year for admission to the various undergraduate programs offered by the university. To apply for BITSAT, candidates need to have completed their Class 12 (or equivalent) examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as mandatory subjects. They must also have obtained a minimum of aggregate 75% marks in these subjects, with at least 60% marks in each subject. The application process for BITSAT typically involves the following steps: 1. Visit the official website of BITS Pilani and register for BITSAT by filling out the online application form. 2. Pay the application fee, which is currently INR 3150 for male candidates and INR 2650 for female candidates. The fee can be paid online using a credit card, debit card, or net
The campus placements are great. The students are eligible for placements as soon as they complete the degree requirements. The highest package last year was 1.2 cr and the average package was around 12 lakh. The percentage of students getting placed is more than 95%.
I appeared for BITSAT 2020 which is the only way of getting admission to any of the 3 BITS campuses. The application form can be filled out online through the BITS admission site. The application fee for BITSAT 2023 will be Rs.3300 for male candidates and Rs.2800 for female candidates. There are zero reservations of any kind on all 3 campuses. Admissions for the year 2021 were very messed up. There were more than 10 iterations due to which the cutoffs fell largely.

One has to appear for the BITSAT examination just like JEE in which you get a branch according to your score. Admission is also done by DASA and board toopers. One must have secured more than 75 per cent in 12 boards. There are no reservations in BITS. One can find the application form on the BITS site. BITSAT is a good exam but I want them to introduce a Percentile system like JEE mains.
PABy - Prateek AgarwalAll the students who passed their class 12th are eligible to sit in this exam. Although students can take this exam after a year gap (after completing class 12) also. To get into any of the 3 Bits campuses in India, you need to clear BITSAT which is the admission test. The level of the exam is simple, although no. of questions is comparatively more as compared to JEE. The exam fee is around 3400 for boys and 2800 for girls. There is no reservation provided by the college in terms of caste and income.
HNBy - Harsh NemaThe entrance exam was BITSAT and it is scoring overall if time management is done wisely. To be eligible you must have be matriculated pass and physics, chemistry and maths as the main subjects in your intermediate for most of the courses and for B. Pharma. course you must have biology as your subject apart from physics and chemistry. BITSAT application will be available on the Bits admission website one or two months before the exam the most important thing there is no reservation policy in BITS and this is one of the best parts of any institution. BITS admission is very robust and sophisticated sometimes as it comes in iterations that prevail after the campus opening for the freshers which
