English Proficiency Test Scores for International Students

International students are required to demonstrate TOEFL, IELTS, and Duolingo scores as proof of their English Language Proficiency. The minimum score required by the College are:

US Visa for International Students

International students can apply for a student visa to study in the US after their application letter is approved. I20 form is issued to be filled by the candidate.

Candidates have to submit the following while applying for Visa:

Scanned copy of Passport
Official Financial Statement that covers the course fees
Preference for Visa Interview

After the completion of the I20 form and payment of SEVIS fees, a candidate can schedule his/her interview with the US Embassy.

Getting into GBC is hard because as of Fall, the acceptance rate is 57%. Candidates should try to get more than standard scores set by the College to secure an admission at GBC. Also, admissions are on a rolling basis so a candidate can seek admission anytime for the Spring, Fall, and Summer Semester.

Ques. Can I use a payment plan to pay my college expenses?

Ans. GBC provides two payment plans to assist a candidate to pay for tuition, fees, and residence halls charges.

The first option is the Semester Payment Plan where fees are divided into equal installments per semester.
The second option is the Annual Payment Plan where the fees for the entire year are divided into 9 monthly installments.

Ans. Yes, a candidate can deduct the outside scholarships from the balance. But he/she has to provide the Business Office with a copy of the scholarship letter.
