- Senior Co-ed Apartments are exclusively for seniors. It has 4 private single bedrooms and 2 private bathrooms with a shared, common living space, and kitchen. These rooms can be occupied by students of any gender. Seniors can also consider opting for off-campus student housing in US.
- The Homestead is an alternative living community managed by students to improve ecological sustainability. It is only available to upperclassmen.
