In Nitc students become eligible for campus placement from 6th semester. There are a lot of companies that visited Nitc in that there are L&T, hp, Wipro, Goldsman Sach, etc. The highest CTC of INR 67.62 LPA was offered during NIT Calicut Placements 2022.

Students typically become eligible for campus placements from their seventh semester of study. However, eligibility criteria may vary by company and course. Salesforce, Intuit, Oracle, Sprinkler, DE Shaw, Goldman Sachs, Microsoft, and Amazon to name a few. The list is long. NITS generally have a good placement record, with a significant portion of eligible students securing job offers. More than 90% in my opinion. Securing a good on-campus placement, and maybe an MBA after a couple of years of work experience.

The highest package offered last year was around 40 LPA, while the average package offered was around 10-12 LPA.

Some of the top companies that visit the campus are Amazon, Google, Microsoft, IBM, Infosys, TCS, and Wipro. The number of offers made by these companies varies from year to year. The highest package offered at NIT Calicut is around Rs. 40-50 lakhs per annum and the average package is around Rs. 12-14 lakhs per annum. The packages offered by different companies depend on the profile they are offering and the skills of the students. Around 85-95% of the students get placed every year, which is quite impressive. After getting the degree, I can either opt for higher studies or start my career with the job offers I get.

Course Curriculum Overview:
I chose this course as I have an interest in electronics and coding and the faculty-student ratio is around 1:50. all the teachers here phd holders and they teach very well exams are conducted two times a year and you need to work hard to pass those exams.
