Praising the effort and commitment  of faculty members and other personnel in his remarks regarding the NIT-C placement accomplishment, Dr. Praveen Sankaran, chair of the Centre for Career Development (CCD-NIT-C) said that the National Board of Accreditation, New Delhi, has given five undergraduate programmes, its highest accreditation status for six years, which bodes well for the future job prospects of the NIT-C students.

According to the NIT-C authorities, the institution's innovative teaching strategies and career-readiness programmes were key factors in the success. They were also credited with the students' dedication. It has placed a strategic emphasis on internships at academic institutions and organisations that are leaders in their fields.

With the help of the strong 35,000 alumni network and the Centre for Industry-Institute Relations, doors have been opened for NIT-C graduates in both the public and private sectors. Learning has become more interesting and applicable to real-world circumstances thanks to cutting-edge teaching techniques including flipped classrooms, co-teaching with subject matter experts, and gamification.

The NIT-C's professor-to-student ratio has improved dramatically with the recent infusion of 200 new faculty members from India and abroad, enabling more individualised educational experiences.

By providing career-readiness training workshops, coding courses, hackathons, and CV clinics, the CCD guarantees that students have the knowledge and abilities to succeed in their chosen industries.
