Academic Requirement:

Candidate must have cleared his/her 12^th class with minimum 50% of marks in aggregate from a recognized board of education.
All SC/ST candidates should have 5% of relaxation.

Admissions are granted on the basis of performance in the All India Engineering/Pharmacy/Architecture Entrance Examination ( JEE (Main) ) conducted by CBSE, for MHRD, Government of India.

If a student avail of single occupancy in a Hostel, an additional payment of Rs 4500 will be included in the Hostel fee structure

The SC/ST/PwD students shall get a complete tuition fee waiver. The most economically backward students (whose family income is less than Rs 1 lakh per annum) shall get

a complete remission of the tuition fee. The other economically backward students (whose family income is between Rs 1 lakh to Rs 5 lakh per annum) shall get remission of 2/3^rd of the tuition fee

Wonderful campus and great place to live in like surat is best city
I like the environment of campus, our well furnished department and good infrastructure of hostel
Sports facilities is goot it has good grounds of circket and football.
Here alumni network is so good safiudden hasan sir ips from here
The faculty are pretty strict but the club's are pretty good

Dislike

Roads of campus is not good there is lackuna in bathrooms
The mess food during weekends and mess off every alternate weakened
Orthodox teaching methods at few places in the classes & labs which do not go well with the modern world.
No proper management in mess , they do not provide the plates glass spoon regular time

I like electrical engineering and so the professor helped me too much and making interested in all these, you can learn electrical Engineering in a very easy way. They teach for 7 to 8 hours 5 days a week.

I choose this course because of the faculty of EE dept. is the most experienced and is considered the oldest and best branch in SVNIT. the student ratio is 1:5 which is decent. the faculty is excellent and the prof. are friendly. every faculty is a Ph.D. holder. the exams are moderately difficult and occur at a frequency of 2 months.

Course Curriculum Overview:

My branch is an electrical engineering and I choose this branch because of my interest in circuital subjects. Our department provides excellent facilities. The students to teacher ratio are 60:1 which is nice and the officers are the best in their field. The term exams are conducted timely and for me, it was not much difficult to pass.
