DAIICT Admission

DA-IICT admissions to B.Tech program under the All India Category is done on the basis of valid marks in JEE Mains entrance exams. For admission to the DA-IICT M.Tech program, the candidate can seek admission either through a GATE score or on the basis of scores obtained in the qualifying degree and the interview.

DAIICT Scholarships and Financial Assistance

DA-IICT provides both Merit & Merit-cum-Means scholarships to students of its Undergraduate and Postgraduate programs. The amount ranges from full to partial tuition fee waiver depending on the student’s academic credentials and financial condition. Additionally, MTech students who are GATE-qualified and Ph.D. research scholars receive financial assistance in the form of Teaching Assistantships.

DAIICT Cutoffs

At the undergraduate level, the Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information & Communication Technology (DAIICT) in Gandhinagar provides four-year BTech and BTech (Hons) programs. Following GUJCET/JEE Mains Counseling, admission to each of these programs is determined by their rank in the entrance exams. Following the release of the results, the qualifying cutoff for each institute is made public in order to manage the seat allocation procedure. The mechanism for allocating seats is based on the candidate's preferences for courses and colleges as well as the college cutoff.

In subsequent semesters, the continuation would depend on their academic records. Non-GATE admitted candidates will be considered for teaching assistantship based on the credentials.
