Remarks :
When I applied for this in 2022 , at that time this course was chosen randomly by my father and without any entrance exam I applied for it but now it is not so much easy as it, as well as this college or this university is now facilitated with NAAC A+ grade , so now you have to clear cute for this . The application form is inside the main building or registration area which is in VIT building and fees process works in 3 installments which is according to your chosen course. There are many reservation benefits as though I am from SC catogary as well as I am from Rajasthan only , so if you have same condition like me then you can apply for SJE which is used to provide government scholarship on behalf of your academic fees in which no hostel fees is included and you can get back your academic fees around 60-80% which is a very economic and good thing for a middle class person . I have no words on improving the admission process but I would rate that thing around 7-8 from 10.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I had chosen this course because of rapid competition in NEET and this course is best replacement for all NEET students as it allows you to capture new things and have a lot of new experiences which are not found while doing MBBS also. Faculty is about 10-15 member of staff in forensic and students are about more than 500 including the masters degree. The faculty is too much experienced and very knowledgeable teachers who are professionals in forensic and also have their personal stories regarding to forensic. The faculty is too good and too cooperative with lots of achievements and also helds an intentional conference with some big guns of forensic and famous personalities who share their experiences to students and every year this conference takes place. Exam level is moderate but sometimes it gets tougher for students because this field is little but complicated too. There are 2 sets of mid term for one semester and then at last final semester examination .
Internships Opportunities :
Internships are done globally around many countries as well as in many companies like Royal Enfield which is a big company and they have their own workshop of this. Code department which is for fashion designing is very famous and most costliest course in this university.
Placement Experience :
After Masters degree students are eligible for job. The highest package is around 12 lacs. 80% of the students get placements due to low in availability of students in this field. My plans after this degree is to attempt for CBI .
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Fees is around 6000 per year but now it is 1 lakh per year and there is scholarships for those who have more than 65 percent which allows you to cut off your fees around 10 percent and second one is above 75 percent and that have scholarships around 25 percent less in fees. Every year internships are conducted and many companies which are private and agencies who are running their private forensic agencies collaborates with students and make them to job inside their agencies.
Campus Life :
Many fests are conducted in this university and many celebrities came though this in their big events . Their biggest annual fest name is 'PANACHE' which have lots of competitions of dance singing and gaming along with fashion designing , fancy dress etc. This fest is conducted in March . Approx all types of books are available in library as well as there are 3 building in this campus and every building have books according to their departments and courses which are eligible on this. Amenities are according to strength of students, there are auditorium me which are well developed , seminar halls if students have less strength , lagre classrooms with more than 8-9 fans and some classrooms consist AC ducts Many curricular activities are being done in this like Drama , Dance , Singing . As well as many sports are being played here and have there respective teams. American football is also being played here and have coach of every sport . There is one fwmous club VCTA.
Hostel Facilities :
Facilities in room are provided according to the price which is chosen by students . There are AC rooms which are costliest and all AC rooms are single seater. Then there are room which are 3 seater , 2 seater and single seater which are normal rooms. Those rooms have facilities of fan , light , almirah , shells , table , curtains and bed . But without mattresses and pillows as these are not proved by hostel faculty . These are only provided to AC rooms not for normal rooms. AC rooms :- ?1,50,000 Three seater : ?80000 Two seater : ?90000 Single seater normal : 80000 Meal is the worst thing in this university only because of that meal many of the students have changed their hostels into PG and flats . Personally I was in hostel for 1 year and seriously except that first week I never went into mess and always dependent on outside food because food quality is very low and bad. Registration process is also complicated not so good. Hostels are worst in this.
