admission can take place via jee mains and class 12 boards percentage. there's a 50 per cent reservation for Punjab students. the application form is available on the official website of Thapar. reservations are also given to st sc and obc

Course Curriculum Overview :

the course curriculum is very much up to-date and relevant to the workspace in real life. there are two main exams mid semester and end-semester that take place. the teachers and professors are highly qualified and remarkably experienced in their own spheres.

Internships Opportunities :

there are a lot of in-campus opportunities, and many companies like jp morgan and co, Samsung etc visit the campus for internship hiring. jp morgan comes in the 4th semester while all other companies come in the 5th and 6ht semester

Placement Experience :

campus placement begins in the 6th semester and is till the 8th semester. companies like Apple, microsoft, adobe etc come for placement on campus. almost everyone gets placed here at thapar university, Patiala

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

the fee is reasonably high for Thapar. a 4-year degree can cost up to 2400000 rupees. scholarships are provided on the basis of merit and the financial status of the family. fees are increasing every year in this college

Campus Life :

saturnalia is the annual fest of Thapar. events like izhaar, sur night, virsaa also take place. there's great zeal among students to participate in these events and they must be attended as they are immense fun!!
