Remarks :

My admission process was quite good. Actually, I'm background of diploma student. After completing my diploma, we have the ECET exam and I secured a 187 rank in web counseling I choose SNIST as the top 3 priority and I got a seat in SNIST. And for lateral entry students those who secured below 1000 rank they will get reservation benefits so I too got that.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I'm from an EEE background. I choose EEE because in my diploma also I had done the same course so I continued with that. The faculty was good and they will interact well with students the way of explanation is also quite good we have senior faculty who explained the concepts in such a manner that everyone can understand. And coming to exams, exams are not difficult I say the person who comes regularly and follows the circular he/she can perform well in the examination.

Class Size : 44Course Fees : INR 16000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Internship in did in HI-Q Equipments in cherlapally, where I gained a lot of knowledge about Transformers. I didn't get any stipend but I gained knowledge And coming to the project in the final year we did a project titled "multilevel inverter with fact capability for wind application" with a team size of 4 members the outcome of this project is to provide pure power output. And my guide helped a lot to complete this project.

Placement Experience :

SNIST provide a lot of placements to students from 3-2 semester onwards they start giving awareness about placements. The average package is about 4.5 to 5LPA and the highest package I don't know exactly but some of the students have placed in Microsoft, Amazon, and many top MNCs. About 75 to 85% of students get placements. And my plan after the degree I'm going through higher studies.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

I secured a rank in ECET below 1000 so I got a full scholarship. At the time of my joining, there was hikes in the fees of around 40k+ 16k for admission fees .so I paid the total amount. The hike was not accepted by the government so they returned back my amount at the end of my graduation Coming to placements they provide a lot of opportunities I didn't apply because I want to go for higher studies

Campus Life :

College Life is one of the most remarkable and lovable times for me. The annual fest for my batch was not conducted due to COVID. before pandemic, all the fests were conducted usually. library the place where peace of study exists, we have good infrastructure and everyone can get all kinds of books that they want and also at my graduation time they developed the central library it was so good. SNIST encourages students who are good in sports & extracurricular like singing, dancing, beatboxing..etc.
