Remarks :

To join Telangana engineering colleges there is an entrance exam called EAMCET. You have to apply online on the official government website. To be eligible for the exam u must be a citizen of India Or holder of an overseas Indian citizen card. Age The candidates must be 16 years old and seeking admission in Btech other than btech diary technology and agriculture engineering. The candidates applying for Btech dairy technology or agriculture engineering must be at least 17 years old and the maximum is 22 years.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The reason I choose information technology is it has good placements and easy subject. The student-teacher ratio in sreenidhi is about 1:20. Most of the faculty are qualified in postgraduates and doctorates and they have a good teaching method although all of them are not so good at explaining very well they are good enough. The conduct mid-term exams every three months and semester exams every six months the exam was easy to pass.

Internships Opportunities :

The companies visited for offering internships were Google, Capgemini, Accenture, Amazon, Flipkart, Etc with an average stipend of 14000. There were many projects and internships done by the students. Some of them were enhancing the apps like rapido, swiggy, etc.

Placement Experience :

In our college, u are eligible for placements after 2 years and 2 semesters also but most of them get eligible after 3 years 1st semester for campus placements. Their many companies visited like Google, Accenture, Capgemini, Tech Mahindra, Microsoft, Etc and made offers of around 800. The highest package was 3800000 and the average package was 700000. 85% of students got placed every year on average. My plans after getting a degree are mostly to go abroad for masters.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee structure is 130000 per every year for all branches excluding all other fees like semester exam fees, and books fees which will be around 150000. So the cost of study for 4 years would be around 700000. There are scholarships available only if u get admission through eamcet. The scholarship is provided by the Telangana government. For all the sc/st candidates full fee reimbursement is provided and for other categories, if they get a rank below 10000 the same is provided and the candidates above 10000 rank will be provided 35000 scholarships every year.

Campus Life :

There are many fests conducted in college but the annual fest name is sreevision and the tech fest name is Adastra. These fests are conducted every year of month November. There are a lot of books or journals over 10000 books available at the library. Classrooms are capable of 70members seating and have ac and good lighting and every class is equipped with digital class. Sports of all kinds are available at the campus but the ground is not so big. Sports like cricket, volleyball, basketball, kabaddi, Kho-Kho are famous. There are sports fests like Aswathama every year.
