Is it necessary to be sponsored by the company to get enrolled in CBA (Certificate program in business analytics) offered by ISB Hyderabad?
No, it’s not necessarily sponsored by your company in order to get enrolled in the Certificate Program in Business Analytics offered by IBS Hyderabad. In case you are not sponsored, all you have to do is finance the program on your own. So the issue lies in financing and not getting a sponsorship.
However, you might need your company's approval for pursuing the course as the course requires 6 visits (once in 2 months). These visits last for 5 days so you have to take frequent leaves from your company. If you are confident that taking such leaves won’t be an issue you can get away with an approval. However if taking such leaves becomes an issue, you should inform your company regarding the program beforehand so that they can easily grant you the necessary permission.
THE CBA program in ISB Hyderabad just requires the salary slip of the last two months as proof of your employment. They do ask for the No-Objection letter from the company but if anyone fails to produce it, it’s not a big issue.
How do companies perceive these IIM Rohtak EPGPX courses like?
Even though all IIMs have converted their PGP and EPGP programs into MBA degrees, IIM Rohtak continues to offer Post Graduate Diplomas. Companies do not regard this program as an MBA qualification. I will suggest you keep IMS Noida as the last option and target better colleges provided that you have a MAT score of 96+. The two options you can consider before finally choosing IMS Noida are

With relative knowledge about these, you might get a more honest picture. The last option is to re-attempt MAT and score higher than before so that you can target top tier 1 like Great Lakes, SIMSREE, XIME, and BIMTECH Noida which have sound credibility.
How is the food at CUSAT?
Food will not be an issue at CUSAT. The food you will get at the mess of CUSAT is similar to that of any other engineering colleges in India.
The food provided at the campus is great. But it is Kerala food. If you are from North India and habituated to the type of Noth-Indian food, you may have difficulty in adjusting. Since the food at the mess is prepared in coconut oil. If you are opting for a hostel you have to choose the mess facilities too. But it is not as bad as it sounds, and you can survive and adjust with time.
You can get Noth-Indian Food by tiffin service too. You can also find many Bihari and Bengali cooks in the vicinity of the campus. There are also a few North-Indian messes near the college. In case you are staying in a rented flat or room, it would be better to hire a cook.
It may take some time to adjust but you can definitely survive on the food available at CUSA. So, do not treat food as a deciding parameter for not choosing CUSAT.
What should be my preference, IITB IE and OR or NITIE PGDIE? I have a score of 970.

You should give preference to IIIT Allahabad and NIT Bhopal. These institutes offer better faculty and infrastructure. IIIT Allahabad placement 2022 concluded with an average CTC of INR 30.68 LPA. The average CTC has witnessed an upward surge in recent years. Although the new IITs are expected to perform better in the future, IIIT Allahabad and NIT Bhopal are ahead, at present.
