Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:

The total fees for 2 years are around 19 lakhs where in 9 lacs was paid in 1st year and 10 lacs in the second year. For financial assistance one can go for a student loan and being an accredited institute one gets a rebate on industry interest rates.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:

Fees for the 1st year are around 9 lakhs and the 2nd year is about 12 lakhs. Hostel fees excluding security are 1.5 lakhs for 10 months since the course is for 10 months. Rest 2 months are for the internship. An additional mess fee of 50 thousand for 10 months has to be deposited. There are scholarships but only limited scholarships are available.

I'm not sure about the fee hike policy but the fees are collected at the beginning of each curriculum and there are scholarships available for students too. If they satisfy the criteria, they are eligible to receive it.

Life at KJ

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:

The cost of the study is definitely high and if one lives in a hostel then the cost goes even high up. Although the facilities and the hostel are great the food isn't good. It's easy to get loans as the college is well recognized and comes in tier 2 colleges.

Scholarships are there in our college. They are present at the college site. There is a proper system that's there. Many students in my batch got them. Fees are somewhat at the higher end but due to the brand value, this college provides it's worth it.

An honest Somaiya review

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:

We have to pay yearly fees of about 9L. Hence the total fee we had to pay for our course is 18L. Our seniors paid around 16L for their degrees. There was a fee hike of 2L. There is financial assistance provided by our college but I have limited knowledge about it. We get both on-campus internships and placement from our college with an average stipend of about 30K.

The fees for 2 years are around 19 lakhs per student, 9 lakhs for the first year, and the remaining in the second. The cost of management studies is high but it becomes worth it because of the opportunities provided to students including summer internships and final placements. Many scholarships are available under Financial aid for children with low economic conditions. But I did not avail of any of the scholarships, my entire fees were self-funded.

A Thorough and Comprehensive Education: My Experience at KJ Somaiya Institute of Management

I am currently a student at KJ Somaiya College and I am satisfied with the fees structure. The cost to study is not exorbitant and the fee hike policy is fair. The college offers scholarships, financial assistance, and campus jobs to help students facing financial difficulties. I was able to secure a scholarship from the college which helped me to pay for my education. Additionally, the college also provides financial assistance to students who are facing financial difficulties. The college also offers campus jobs to students, which provide an opportunity to earn a stipend while studying. I am glad that the college provides ample opportunities for students to manage their expenses
