Candidates applying to this course are required to meet the following criteria:

Applicants must have passed a Graduate degree in any relevant stream with minimum 55% marks from a recognized University.
Required marks in the qualifying examination are reduced to 50% and 45% for candidates of OBC and SC/ST/PWD categories respectively.
All applicants are also to have studied Mathematica as a core subject in their XII examination.
