Amity University, Noida - Hostel Details

Amity University provides accommodation for 15,000 students inside the campus. There are two types of hostels which are AC and non AC. The cost of these hostels are given below for both males and females:-

For Males - Rs 85,000 per annum for Non AC and Rs 1,60,000 per annum for AC. There is a one-time security deposit of Rs 15,000 paid at the time of admission.

For Females - Rs 85,000 per annum for Non AC and Rs 1,60,000 per annum for AC. There is a one-time security deposit of Rs 15,000 paid at the time of admission.

The AC hostels have single occupied rooms with a common room attached. The Non AC hostels are double or triple sharing rooms. The rooms are well maintained and cleaned regularly. All the hostels are wifi enabled and there are 24/7 water and power supply available. The hostels are equipped with security surveillance cameras and there are also security guards on the campus 24/7. A medical room is available for any medical emergencies. There are many food joints places where students can hang out around the hostel blocks.

Apart from the college hostels, there are also many PGs and private hostel facilities available near the campus.

Cons-

•  The canteen food is expensive, costing around 20,000 per month.
• The place is not maintained properly. The rooms are cramped up. 
•  It costs around 30,000 per month for an AC room.

Placio:

• Pros- There are no curfew hours. According to student reviews, it is a more secure option.
• Cons- The basic amenities are provided by the same PGs owners.

Flats:

• Pros- You get to live independently by your own rules. 
• Cons- You will face problems regarding laundry, food, etc. Staying in a flat can be a security concern for some parents. 

Good Options- Jaypee Flats, ATS Flats, Golden Palm Flats, etc.

Nearby PGs:

• Pros- Laundry, food services are provided by PG
• Cons- You need to obey the rules of the PG you choose.

Good options- Addo Luxuria, Jaypee Honest, Virat Mansion, etc

You should go for nearby PGs in sector 126, these are most comfortable. Addo Luxuria is great in terms of food and interior.

Amity University hostels have different fees for different rooms. You have to pay INR 15,000 one-time deposit fees, which are excluded from the hostel fee. In the hostel fee, mess food is excluded, you have to pay a mess fee separately. But the laundry and cleaning facility comes under the hostel fee.

The Amity hostels are in good and clean condition with a good food facility. You can get different types of food services with different price ranges. Therefore, you can comfortably live there.

The fee structure of Amity Noida is relatively low as compared to others. In case you are curious about the placement in various flagship programs, it is decent.
