The events are good there will plenty of events happen through the year
Being an NIT having the perks of recognition and good opportunities

Dislikes

The architecture course is too tough, and at some point, it seems not even worth it because, in the end, we dont even get proper placements, and the work we require to do is paid too little with not enough to fulfill our needs.
Internship opportunities are plentiful for CSE students, but they are limited for non-CSE students.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are satisfactory. The median and average package offered is 10LPA. The students become eligible for the campus placements from 7th semester onwards. There were 250+ companies visited and few companies were BPCL, BEL , IOCL, GAIL, GOLDMANN SACS, ORACLE , etc. The highest package offered was 35LPA. 80-90% students get placed . I wish to pursue masters or get into research PSUs , after completing my degree.

Placement Experience:

Students start getting placed in the 7th semester and can avail internships from the 6th semester. Almost 96 percent of the eligible students got placed in the CSE dept and about 82 percent got placed in the MME dept. The average package is about 1100000 and the highest package was 64lpa bagged by 10+ students.
