Likes

Being at shores of Dal lake gives it a very beautiful touch.
It is one of the oldest NITs in India , some faculties are really great and trying their best ,some students do get great placements at good package.
Campus life at the college as we have good sports facilities we spend the rest of the time there.
Everything is good in this college basically the faculty and placement of the college..you will enjoy your studies within the college curriculum is very good and effective..
The view from the college when i wake up i get to see the sun rising from the mountains that view is quite energetic.

Dislike

And if you are expecting some fests like IIT bombay techfest then you are going to be disappointed
Mess faculties which is sometimes not good and have disgusting smell in bathroom and mess
Hostel rooms are overbooked and that is something i hate the most.
In time for girls in hostels, a jail like feeling which makes me feel every single day that what karma had I done that I became a girl, why am I not priviledged as a boy
Things I dont like is that some buildings, some very few are very old and they need to geta renovation

One of the beautiful college campus in india

Course Curriculum Overview:

As CSE has lots of opportunities so I choose it. Faculty standard is great they are very good in their departments. Most faculties had done PHDs and MTech. Our exams were timely and it is easy to pass if you do some hard work before 1-2 weeks before the exam.

Most beautiful Campus of Asia- NIT SRINAGAR

I choose this course because I wanted to be a software developer. The faculty at NIT Srinagar is good all are well-educated and very professional. The student ratio is a typical engineering class ratio of almost 8 boys: 1 girl. Exams are conducted twice in a semester which is mid-term and end-term examinations. It requires effort to pass exams.

I choose this course because technology facilities me and I am super interested in programming and development. Faculty members are sufficient and the ratio would be around 10:1, professors are highly qualified some are Ph.D. IIT's, The last three semester exams were conducted in a single year it was complicated to pass 2nd sem.

If you are a boy then it is a heaven,

I got into Computer Science Engineering and that was the sole reason why I came here. The CSE Department is quite good. The faculty members are kind, helpful, research-oriented, and talented in their own domains. Faculty: The student ratio is currently poor in CSE as compared to other departments here but it is improving day by day. The exams are taken timely and are based on what was taught in the class and assignments that we get over the course period.

I chose my course on the basis of my interest. All the faculty members are very talented and good. The gender ratio is 3:1 (boys and girls). All faculty members are well-educated and experienced. the examination is held two Times every semester that is mid-term and end-term. Not much more difficult to pass that examination.

Review of NIT Srinagar

I choose this course as it has highly paid jobs and also my interest in computers. Faculty to student ratio is good here. Every department has at least 20 professors. Faculty here are much qualified, they all have completed their Ph.D. from IITs or foreign universities. Semester exams are conducted in two phases:- mid-term and end-term. Mid-term is easy-level and 30 marks, while end-term is medium-level and 60 marks.
