  • To be eligible for admission, candidates must have passed 10+2 from CBSE Board with at least 70% marks or from its equivalent Institution
  • Candidate must have Physics, Maths, and Chemistry (PCM) as major subjects in class 10+2
  • Candidates must qualify JEE Main or UCEED examination to be eligible for admission.
  •  Interested candidates to apply in B.Tech (CSD) program, can seek admission with UCEED rank
  •  Those interested to apply in B.Tech (CS) can seek admission through class XII marks.
  • The minimum percentage required for B.Tech courses at the qualifying examination along with the relaxation in marks due to COVID-19 are:

IIIT Delhi B.Tech Application Process

  • Visit the official website of IIIT Delhi.
  • Register with the contact number & Email by clicking on the “Apply Now” option.
  • Fill the form with the basic personal details like Name, father’s name, DOB, contact number, and valid Email, and create a password
  • After the successful registration, upload all the required documents by login in
  • Upload the scanned passport-sized photograph and signature
  • After correctly filling up the application form and paying the application fees of INR 1400/- through a Credit/Debit card or Net Banking/UPI Wallet
  • Printout of the pay slip and application form must be taken out for future reference.

  • IIIT Delhi B.Tech program is a 4 years program, divided into 8 semesters.
  • IIIT Delhi, the students need to have 156 credits to achieve a B.Tech Degree.
  • IIIT Delhi has a B. Tech Honors for which a student needs to earn at least 168 credits
  • The student must have an 8.0 CGPA at the time of graduation to have Honors along with a B.Tech project
