Remarks :

My college provides admission only through IIT JEE mains rank I got around 95 percentile which brought me up here. There was document verification on the first day, by filling in our choices in JOSAA counseling. The fee here is a bit costly as it's a developing IIIT. It's almost 2 lakhs per semester. 2 send per year. We have a hostel here to stay(residential). Hostel conditions are good, not worse. No improvement I feel in the process of admission. It's way better I hope.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course curriculum is fine. It's good and can manage both academics and sports. Faculty members are so kind and good. As I said in my preference order I gave CSE as my choice but I got only ECE anyway I like electronics. Faculties here have doctorate degree along with some specialization. Exams. There are 2 mid-semester exams each for 50 marks and 1 End semester exam for 100 marks along with some courses have lab.

Class Size : 140Course Fees : INR 400000 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee structure here in my college is so costly. Per semester it's almost 2 lakhs. There is no kind of scholarship given by a college it's only one's particular state scholarship or community scholarship. But in the end, the full fee must be paid, and no scholarship will be given by the college. Here only hostellers are allowed so the fee includes all the hostel fees, mess fee, and tuition fee too.

Campus Life :

Life on my campus is pure bliss. Life here is peaceful as the state itself has a name called GOD'S OWN COUNTRY... Yeh, it's Kerala. Nature beauty. There are 4 clubs in my college. Wildbeats- it's the dance and music club. Trendles-its the art, drama club. Betalabs is the coding-related activities club. Sports-its of sports cricket football volleyball throwball.

IIIT KOTTAYAM AN EXPERIENCE TO BEHOLD

Placement Experience:

Seniors said that they are sitting for placements in the final year and preparations are made from 3rd year. The on-campus placement happens very often. TCS, Infosys, etc. International companies like NVidia also came for placement. 92% of students got placed in 2023. I plan to sit for placement after Btech.

Placement Experience:

From the 6th semester, students are eligible for placements, we have big companies like, Infosys, Tata, tech M, and all, we have 58 lakhs highest package, and the average package is 12-14 lakhs, we have 85% placement percentage, I plan to achieve a good amount of package and then, I want to do ms in abroad

My College Experience

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are there if you cross the minimum CGPA mark. We have lots of big companies with the highest package being 50 laks(yeah CS) and 4 lakhs per annum idk which branch so the average is somewhere 14 lakhs p/a. Caterpillar, Infosys, Tata, Bajaj, Axis Bank many more you can go to nitc website for this there is a detailed report there. just check the website. My plan is probably MTech I don't know I am not studying enough for gata let see what happens.
