Remarks :

I took comedk exam. Cse cutoff was 8029. I got cse branch. My rank was 7.2k. Only want to reduce the college fee for general students. A student who is not from Karnataka has to pay so much amount. Everyone is not capable of paying that much amount.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Computer science and engineering skills are in high demand in today's technology-driven world. I like coding from 7 class. I also like to explore more about any technological things so I chose cse department for engineering. It has global opportunity and entrepreneurship.

Class Size : 60Course Fees : INR 240000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

I have done an internship which is provided by our college in the 3rd semester and again in 4th semester an internship is given by our college. Currently, I am working on a project which is an animal deduction system. In which total 9 members group is there and it is lead by our hod of cse.

Placement Experience :

Placement of our college is increasing day by day. As the previous average package was 6 lakh now mostly average package is 7 lakh. This year's highest package was 66 lakh per annum. 97% of students got placed this year.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee structure is very high for the students who are not from Karnataka. As I am also not from Karnataka I used to pay 2.4 lacs per year as I have been admitted from comedk. And the student from Karnataka pay 1.12 k per year. The college is very good and the campus is awesome.

Campus Life :

There are many fest celebrations. From every department. And one annual fest is also done which is combined of all department which is the greatest fest done. Rnsit library is the best everything is available there. Sports are also done during fest celebration.

Hostel Facilities :

Rnsit room of the hostel is awesome and the food and its quality are good. The registration process for the hostel is quite simple. There is 24/7 hr wifi. There is a washing machine for clothes as well as a teaser is also installed in every room.

Hostel Fee : INR 92000 per year

Interview Experience :

I got admission from comedk exam. The Comedk exam has mcq as like jee. As I was preparing for jee I gave this comedk exam also. The pattern of question is mostly similar to jee. There is no interview.

IIIT Dharwad - A college to be avoided

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course as I was interested in game development and I wanted to learn coding. All the teaching faculty in the college have PhD degree in their respective subjects. Teaching method can be improved as they just read pdf rather than make the class interesting. Term exams take place every two months and there are only two term exams which are mid sem and end sem. Difficulty of exams is moderate.

In the 6th, 7th and 8th sem students can able to attend the campus placement. So many companies will be visiting for campus placement. Around 50-100 companies will be visiting every year. 85% of the students will be getting placements. My plan after getting a degree is to work in an MNC company as a web developer.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for campus placement after 3rd year of bechlor degree. Companies like Google, Infosys, Facebook, Flipkart, Microsoft, oracle, YouTube, amazone, Intel, Uber, Myntra, Cisco, NetApp, Morgan, visa and many more. Over 93% students are placed last year. And the maximum packege was above 45 LPA.

From the third semester, the students are eligible for campus placements. Yeah, we have many different types of companies. Last time one member from our got selected for the 23 lakhs package and i dont know about the lowest package. The percentage of students should be more than 60.

Cbit is the best college in education
