Remarks :

I went through counselling. The process was a little bit difficult. it took me a whole day for the admission. I took my provisional allotment and all other necessary documents with me like 12th and 10th marksheet, adhaar, passport size photo, first graduate certificate (if applicable) and so on. All other information can be viewed on their official website

Course Curriculum Overview :

I chose because I got it through counselling. The teaching is amazing the staff are friendly and kind. The faculty are mostly completely their PhD courses. We have two internals called cat 1 and cat2 which are kept for 50 marks

Class Size : 64Course Fees : INR 72000 per year

Placement Experience :

From 3rd semester campus placements are available for students. Robert Bosch cognizant Zoho and many other multinational companies visit the campus for recruiting. Your skill is more important than percentage. But it is better to have cgpa above 7

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee structure is affordable because they get only the government-structured fee. As I stay in a hostel. I pay ninety-five thousand per year along with my tuition fee. I'm currently in my second year so I didn't get job offers to get a stipend

Campus Life :

Kct life is so amazing. There is a lot of space to explore. They have clubs and forums to enrich knowledge. They give more importance to sports. Each class have a projector. They have large play areas and the seniors are the one who guide the juniors

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel food was so good. I really feel happy that my hostel is not as bad as other colleges. Each room consist of 4 peoples and there is no attached bathroom. There are many pg near by. Hostel fee is 95000 per year

From 6th semester the students become eligible for both placement and internships. Various companies conduct placement drives on our campus. The Major recruiter of our campus is TCS and Wipro. The average package is 3.5 LPA. Last year around 70 per cent of students got placed.

Placement Experience:

There are placements for the students passing out but the jobs usually don't pay more than 15000 per month on average. The placements are not always equal to all departments like food technology department gets the most placements and biotechnology and other departments almost get no placements. The new management is doing a lot to improve the placement program.

The course is a very good and interesting one. The faculty-student ratio will be 1 faculty for every 20 students All faculties are doctorates. Terms are twice a year and are moderately difficult but their teaching is enough to clear the exams.

I am really interested in this group. Students 40 to 50 are present in this course. Teaching methods were very good and time properly maintained. A little bit difficult for that. but it is like it. The time of the exam is 5 to 6 months period.

TNAU course facility and faculty

Course Curriculum Overview:

B.Tech Food Technology is one of the best courses in TNAU. There are more food industries where we see. Even though we have opportunity in abroad. Max, there are 60 members per dept and have 9 subjects each subject there are min 2 faculties. Each faculties are qualified ph.d in those subjects they take. There is a mid-semester for each semester question papers will be easy to understand and easy to get good marks.
