Remarks :

To take admission through counseling we have to apply through the TNEA counselling. Through that we will be alloted colleges based on our cutoff. We can also directly approach the college for admission through management quota. The application process is simple and form can be filled both online and offline.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I chose Information and technology department due to the immense growth of the IT sector in India. Also in the future, the IT industry will further grow in India. The faculty-student ratio is 1:15. All the faculty are very well-qualified and highly experienced. There are three CITs and two CTs in a semester. The final exams are tough to pass.

Class Size : 40Course Fees : INR 87000 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

For the students admitted through counseling they pay 5000 in TNEA counseling and the rest 50000 in college. For the management quota, the fees are 94000 in the first year and 87000 in subsequent years. There is various scholarship available for economically weaker students and first graduates.

Campus Life :

Our annual fests are annual cultural, sports meet, graduation day, and hostel day which is called chatravasa. The classrooms are very good. The sports facilities provided are also good. There are many social groups for the students.

Placement Experience:

Cit has provided me with a great opportunity to explore the core fields of biomedical engineering through weekly hospital visits to Sri Ramachandra Hospitals, Apollo Hospital,Deepam Hospital.As well as i have visited Various healthcare companies like AMTZ Vishakapattinam phoenix Medical system Siemens Biovision medical system. I could seamlessly get placed in a well-renowned company named Stryker with a salary package of 8 lakhs. This was possible because of the knowledge I perceived during my core placement and training.

Placement Experience:

From the sixth semester the students are allowed to attend the placement as well as allowed to attend the internship. Most of the my friend attend internship with stipend. Nearly 40 percentage of people got placed during this academic year. The recuriting companies are mobase electronics, pinnacle, vinisinfo, edveon, namalatech etcc. Highest package is 6 LPA Average package is 2.5 LPA.
