Remarks :

The eligibility of my course is 50 percentage marks in class 12 with physics, chemistry and maths. The cutoff required is around 160 for counselling quota admission. The application form can be found both online and offline.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I decided to do ECE in after my 10th itself. I was intrested in Electronics that's the reason I went on with it. The faculty student ratio is approx 1:15. All the faculty are qualified and experienced. The exams are conducted monthly.

Class Size : 35Course Fees : INR 80000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

The Tcs company offered Internship to final year students for 6 months. They got paid around 10k a month for internship. Then vaayusastra Aerospace company offered paid internship to ECE students in our campus.

Placement Experience :

From the 6th semester onwards students become eligible for placements. Last year around 10 to 15 companies visited with major companies like Infosys, hcl. Highest package offered is 6LPA to a MCA student. Aorund 70 percentage of student get placed

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

For the students who directly took admission without counselling process for them fees is 87000 per year and for others fees is 55000 per year. There are many scholarship available, the major scholarship is for first graduates. There is also scholarship for economically weak students.

Campus Life :

The annual fest name is cultural and sports day and hostel day name is chatravasa. Our library is one of the biggest in Madurai after TGC. The classroom are good. The sports facilities are also good. The gym facility is also provided.

Placement Experience:

Cit has provided me with a great opportunity to explore the core fields of biomedical engineering through weekly hospital visits to Sri Ramachandra Hospitals, Apollo Hospital,Deepam Hospital.As well as i have visited Various healthcare companies like AMTZ Vishakapattinam phoenix Medical system Siemens Biovision medical system. I could seamlessly get placed in a well-renowned company named Stryker with a salary package of 8 lakhs. This was possible because of the knowledge I perceived during my core placement and training.

Placement Experience:

From the sixth semester the students are allowed to attend the placement as well as allowed to attend the internship. Most of the my friend attend internship with stipend. Nearly 40 percentage of people got placed during this academic year. The recuriting companies are mobase electronics, pinnacle, vinisinfo, edveon, namalatech etcc. Highest package is 6 LPA Average package is 2.5 LPA.
