Remarks :

Minimum CAT percentile to apply for the different colleges based on past data. The application was provided by the coaching centers and the process went in online mode. The mode can be made offline only.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The peer learning and hectic schedule in the first year help to manage pressure effectively. Highly qualified and experienced faculty to solve every possible doubt a student may have. A term constituted of 3 months - 6 end terms and 6 mid-terms. Min 2.2 cgpa is required to pass a year.

Internships Opportunities :

There is a wide variety of roles and compensation that are offered during a summer internship. I was offered an internship at American Express where a monthly stipend was 1.25 lakhs as an analyst and later offered a PPO as a management trainee.

Placement Experience :

Everyone from the batch gets placed who sits for the placement. There are three ways in which a student can get placed through PPO from their summer internship laterals process - eligibility criteria are min no. of experience in corporate final placements.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The cost of study at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore is high compared to the industry standard. Students can avail of financial aid of 20,40, and 60,80,100% slabs based on the family income, assets, and liabilities associated.

Campus Life :

Vista, Eximius, and Unmaad are the tin fests at IIMB, Unmaad being the cultural and most exciting fest. Amenities like the library, and sports complexes make the life of students more interesting and fun. There are different clubs, societies, and Organising committees that help to network and carry out various events throughout the year.

Hostel Facilities :

Single-sharing rooms are available for all the students with newly developed hostels. Mess food quality is great as compared to undergraduate college, there are frequent regional dinners wherein regional dishes of a particular state are served.
