BITS is the better choice among all as CSE has more scope than ECE. And NIT Surathkal is an old institute with a better placement record than IIT Bhubaneswar.
Since BITS Hyderabad is the newest among all other campuses and it certainly is a little behind in terms of faculty, infrastructure, etc. But when compared on a national level it is on par with any other institute. It provides the students with a prime location to look for internships and also provides an edge to them if they are opting for off-campus placements. Although the institute provides students with decent opportunities for on-campus placements also. Around 200 companies visit the campus each year and around 94% of the student secured a job through campus placements with an average package of around 5-6 lakhs per annum and the highest package offered was as high as 14 lakhs per annum.
NIT Surathkal is among the top NITs of this country. The placements of students of this branch are also good although NIT Trichy and Warangal have better placement records. The average placement package offered at this NIT is around 14.15 LPA and 100% placement was observed for B.Tech batches in last year’s placement drive.
ECE is one of the new branches that started at IIT Bhubaneswar starting from 2016. Hence the first batch of students will graduate in 2020. In 2019, the average CTC offered in this IIT was 11.44 LPA. Many core companies, software companies, PSU’s, etc. hire electrical engineers from IIT Bhubaneswar hence one can assume the same trend to be followed for electronics and communication engineering also but the result is yet to be seen.

BML Munjal & Sharda University are among the top leading institutes of North India catering to the requirements of engineering while GITAM stands as an A grade institute in Hyderabad. To answer the question of best choice certain factors need to be looked upon mentioned below:
Structure & Ranking
The factor that can become a deciding criterion is the ranking and structure of different universities. The prominent facts to be looked at are:
Fees & Stream Offered
B.Tech is a 4-year course hence it is quite linked with the amount & specializations associated with it. Sharda University leads the pace with 21 streams and an affordable price range.
Placement Details
The other factor qualifying as a decision criterion is the placement scene of particular institutes. Placement analysis is incomplete without discussing which stream is most preferable.
Mostly, Computer Science Engineering stands at the topmost preference.
The detailed analysis is as follows:

Although both colleges belong to more or less the same tier, IBS has a bigger brand value in terms of MBA, and VIT is known for its engineering degrees. Both the colleges have their known strengths and weaknesses. IBS Hyderabad has a market perception that it has a very rigorous curriculum.
During the placement season, it gets very competitive and tedious, especially in the fields of finance and marketing. IBS comes under ICFAI which has collaborations with international universities and offers global exposure to facilitate its students who are interested in student exchange programs.
VIT Chennai is focused on research and innovation and has dedicated resources toward working in this direction. This shouldn’t come as a surprise since the institute is well-reputed for its engineering program. VIT also has tie-ups with foreign universities and associations for research, workshops, and projects. Make a decision based on factors that are important to you. If you’re too fixated on the batch size then you might want to avoid IBS Hyderabad.
I have tried to present some numbers for your reference and hope it would help you make an informed decision:
