Majority US companies hire Indians for engineering roles, that too for IT sector jobs which we are best known for.
US people are good at management. So they seek technical experts from India. This is why the top performers of IITs get readily placed in IT jobs in the US for attractive salaries (more than 7 figures in rupees).
Whether you join an IIM or Great Lakes Institute, both receive a limited number of US offers during placement season. As for off campus placements, IIM Shillong and Great Lakes are both average institutes. So the chances of getting a US based offer are further reduced.
The best option is to either opt for an MBA in the US itself, or to work for big names in India for a couple of years. This will help you build a strong resume, and get noticed by recruiters abroad.
Symbiosis Institute of International Business, Pune (SIIB) established in 1992 is a constituent of the well-recognised Symbiosis Institute of Management. National Institute of Agricultural Extension Management also known as Manage was established in 1987 by the Ministry of Agriculture. Over the years both these institutions have been ranked amongst the top 50 B-Schools of the country.
It is hard to prefer one over the other but we try to analyse a few aspects here.
Placement statistics:

After BSc Economics at NMIMS, a student can pursue PG in economics/management, a career in finance/industry/banks, market research institutions as market analysts. The key placement highlights are:
St. Xavier’s
After BMS, a student can get into administration & operations, project management (executive level), enterprise management, human resource management & development, data management & system analysis, sales & marketing, and financial management. The notable features about placement statistics are:
BMS and BSc Economics are entirely different fields to compare. Selecting a course and a college depends much on the present industry developments apart from personal interest. It is upto the individual to analyse and come to a conclusion after considering the stats.
I would advise choosing LPU because of the following reasons:
Firstly your undergraduate degree is completely irrelevant to the MBA degree you intend to pursue, as the two are poles apart. So, the choice of college will depend on the specialization you want to pursue in management.
Secondly, both colleges are regarded as excellent Tier 1 colleges in India and generally among the top 20 B-schools in India. Having said that, the only thing that separates them is the course they offer and what you want to choose and pursue.
In addition to having two campuses, IIFT offers a specialized international business degree that is not provided by other top-tier business schools.
In contrast, SIBM Pune offers a legitimate General Management program, just like the other Top B-schools. Below is a table comparing the two colleges in different aspects;

National Institute of Technology, Suratkhal (NIT Suratkhal), offers a four-year bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication. With the 123 seat markup, the competition can get pretty competitive, as it yields towards high paying placement packages from a great program.
VJTI, Mumbai also offers a similar 4-year program in computer engineering, with students getting placement offers from the company's consolidated campus drive.
Students confused amongst the degrees can judge both by the lens of public demand and professional relevance.

VJTI's campus is like no other, with its halls containing anything and everything required for modern technical education.
Although there are many good points about both of these colleges, once you are settled on the course, the decision gets easier. Out of both options, a computer engineering degree at VJTI college is a far better program, yielding the best opportunities for fresh graduates in this challenging young world.
For a BSc in Computer Science, Carleton University is better. It is a leading institute in Object Oriented Theory. Carleton Computer Science program put a lot of emphasis on software design and architecture. The faculty base of the institute includes professionals from all over the world. The facilities offered by the institute are excellent. Carleton’s COOP program offers excellent paid internships in reputed tech companies in Montreal, Toronto, Ottawa, etc. The federal govt. is a major employer of the COOP program. Here are the highlights of the BSc Computer Science program offered by the institute.

Carleton also has an excellent Computer Engineering program that encompasses the study of Hardware architecture and Design.
All the aforementioned institutes, DTU, BITS, NSIT, and IIIT Delhi are excellent colleges that are well-recognized in the tech sector. As a whole the curriculum and placement opportunities for CS offered by these colleges are quite similar. The average package varies slightly but the individual differences compensate for that. Here is a comparative analysis of the placement statistics of these colleges

However, if you look from the angle of research , IIIT Delhi certainly is way ahead than the other colleges. Its research-oriented institute is primarily established to conduct cutting-edge research in the field of CS. While BITS Pilani also has a decent research culture, DTU, and NSUT are nowhere near IIIT Delhi in terms of research. IIIT Delhi students have a lot of projects to work on under highly learned and passionate faculties. The exposure these students receive is unmatched and they are offered excellent opportunities in terms of both in industry and for higher education.
So if you want both excellent placements and research opportunities go for IIIT Delhi but if you want a good campus life too that is less focused on research go for BITS Pilani.
