NIT Durgapur is way ahead of NIT Jalandhar and NIT Jamshedpur in so many aspects. I have listed these factors below and drawn a general comparison between the three NITs.
Competitive programming culture: The competitive programming culture is better at NIT Durgapur than at other NITs and the rankings in SPOJ prove it.
Open source culture: The Open Source culture at NIT Durgapur is way better than any other NITs and even many IITs. The number of students in GSOC is also more than in other institutes.
Infrastructure: NIT Jalandhar lacks the most when it comes to infrastructure. NIT Durgapur and NIT Jamshedpur are still comparable.
Research culture: Both NIT Jalandhar and Jamshedpur are very stagnant in this area. Whereas in NIT Durgapur, professors and students take initiative in research projects. Also, foreign internships are considered here. It has collaboration with CERN Geneva and 6 students are sent every year for summers in Switzerland.
Faculty: Leaving Jalandhar, both the NITs have a good faculty base and quality teaching.
The order is - NIT Durgapur>NIT Jamshedpur>NIT Jalandhar

Rather than telling you what to choose, I will list down the pros and cons of both the B Schools and leave it to you to make the final decision.

IIM Bangalore

Cons
Weighing both the pros and cons you can now make a decision easily. In my opinion, go for the German B School if you have plans for permanently settling abroad. But if you want to eventually stay in your home country then IIM Bangalore is the best option for you.
Both IIT Guwahati for Biotech and MNNIT Allahabad for IT are extremely different courses in terms of the scope they offer.
Go for Biotechnology only if you are genuinely interested in it because core placements are miserable and there is a dearth of job opportunities. Most students get placed in Analytics and other non-core sectors and only a few manage to secure a core job. So go for this only if you want to pursue higher studies.
MNNIT Allahabad’s IT program offers excellent job opportunities but lacks in terms of research and exposure. The coding culture is very good here but the academics is poor. The placement scenario is great second only to CS placements. If you aren’t sure enough consider the following points before making the final choice
Concludingly, if you have a specific preference for research and higher education, go for IIT Guwahati else MNNIT Allahabad is the best option for you.
Tezpur University is a central University, whereas Kaziranga University is private. So the quality of education is better at TU. Also, the placement trends of the university have been quite good over the years. In the recent placement drive, the average CTC offered at the university was 3 LPA. So, for an MBA it is definitely the better option.
But when it comes to MBA, IIMs are the best choice. It’s better not to choose Govt. or private college for a professional degree like MBA.
NIT Jalandhar is an autonomous university approved by AICTE and UGC. It is ranked 52nd for BTech by NIRF 2020, 33rd for BTech by India Today 2020 and 31st for BTech by The Week 2020.
PEC Chandigarh is one the pioneer engineering colleges in Punjab. It is ranked 68th for BTech by NIRF 2020. It is deemed to be a university approved by AICTE.

The choice between CSE and EEE is subjective and totally depends on you. Keep aside your confusion about these colleges and give a thought to what you want to pursue by outlining the major factors that drive your interest the most.
You should rather explore the curriculum, campus, placements, packages offered, faculty, etc. of both the colleges in that particular field.
Both UIET Hoshiarpur and UIET Chandigarh provide a degree from Punjab University. I guess the highlighted difference you would find are the cities in which they are located and the campus life. Here’s a brief insight into the courses.

The question here arises whether or not you want to pursue higher studies after going for EEE. EEE in UIET would not provide you with good placements. Go for CSE at Hoshiarpur if you have no other options.
You can consider other options too if you have them.
