It is best to make a decision based on your own individual preferences and interests.
I also had the same dilemma and I chose Aerospace at IIT Madras over other departments due to following reasons:-

One of my friends was in the same situation last year. He got IIEST Shibpur Metallurgy and Materials Engineering, Mining Engineering, and Civil Engineering along with a rank of 1383 in West Bengal State Merit List of NEET for MBBS admission converted with a mark of 462.
So, if you want to become a doctor and serve people and if it's the long-cherished dream of pursuing MBBS then you should leave IIEST and better prepare for NEET again. Different people will have different views regarding the decision of leaving a good college like IIEST but in the end, it completely depends upon your goals.
I have a few friends from IIEST. According to them, choosing IIEST can be good. For departments like Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Mining, the faculty base of IIEST is great. The civil engineering department at IIEST is one of the oldest in the country. Also, as per the new norm, you don’t have to complete a dual degree.
You can have an exit option after completing your 4-Year B.Tech. Which is definitely a good option. However, if you want to choose CS/IT, for placements, top or average NIT/JU will offer better placement opportunities.
So, consider all your options and choose according to your convenience.
IIT is a brand and they are better than any engineering college in India. It does not matter whether the IIT is new or old, IITs are best in terms of faculty and students, which matters for getting a good education.
The directors of all the IITs have financial authority and this empowers them to do the best for the institution. The directors of other engineering institutes lack this authority and thus this puts certain restrictions on their functioning.
Earlier, it was believed that IITs are only meant for research purposes and only those should study at IITs who want to pursue research in engineering and technology. But over years, this theory was put to an end.
However, remember that just having the tag of an IITian does not assure a stellar career. It depends on your hard work and perseverance. You can achieve anything that you want in your life by working towards it every day.
The “IITian” tag is enough. IIT Tirupati has maintained good standards like any other IIT. You should go for it.
IIT Indore is the better option for you, as they have experienced scholars who conduct effective classes for the students. There are a lot of misconceptions about IIT Indore, as they are new to this field and lack an alumni network, but they are more advanced than any other institute in India. They provide a resourceful atmosphere and good infrastructure facilities for the students. The final decision should be based on your core interests; for that, you can check the official website for the course curriculum in both institutes.
In my opinion, IMS Ghaziabad is a much better option than PSIT Kanpur mainly because of its NCR location. When choosing a college, a factor of utmost importance is where the college is situated because your location will impact your college life largely. Opting for a college situated in NCR is a boon as it will give you a lot of exposure to activities and education in general. You get more exposure to industries and startups and thus getting internships is a lot easier. One more advantage is that you can avail many good coaching facilities in the NCR location which may not be possible in a city like Kanpur.
The campus life is less strict at IMS Ghaziabad than at PSIT and there are no strict attendance rules. The fees and value of a degree are almost similar in both colleges but you can enjoy your life much better at NCR colleges. I am strongly against you joining PSIT Kanpur because
Despite it all, PSIT Kanpur has a 100% placement percentage and will help you get places in CS. Weigh your options and choose wisely.

Therefore, students can consider the above factors as a point of advice and make choices accordingly.
Your preference order should be IIIT A > IIIT B > MNNIT > VNIT.
Both these two institutes teach core CS/IT subjects from the first year itself. If you are genuinely interested in CS/IT you can choose either of these two institutes.
I am an Aeronautical Engineer myself. I even searched for various institutes to pursue my degree from. Unfortunately, I did not have much guidance at the time.
So I’ll be mentioning some colleges that offer a B.Tech in Aeronautical Engineering-
These are some universities/colleges that offer Aeronautical engineering studies. You can consider Hindustan University for your degree.
