Being part of different clubs and committees has allowed me to hone my management skills and leverage them while being in leadership positions to make sound decisions. My interests lie in analytics, project management, tech consulting and I’ve got opportunities to work on them for which I’ll always be thankful to the ecosystem that SME, IITJ provided to me.

“I have established a strong network with people having awesome technical background”

In uncertain times of covid being on campus was itself a luxury. The network I established here, enabled me to learn things that were unknown to me (also termed as peer-to-peer learning). Being in IIT gives one exposure to interact with people of different departments and their perspectives towards the industry.

What is your opinion about the Campus and Extracurricular Activities at your college?

“Campus of college is awesome and various co-curricular activities are organized here”

The campus is beautiful. It's a quiet place on the outskirts of the city and well-equipped with all the basic amenities. And the highlight is the opportunity to interact with brilliant students and faculty every day. An IIT is probably the only place where the dreamers and doers come together. Extra-curricular activities don't let your life get monotonous. Colleges do organize multiple extra-curricular activities to build your network and find like-minded individuals.

“We have set up various clubs and committees for the benefit of other students”

Being in the foundation batch came with responsibilities. The onus for setting up the clubs, committees, writing down their SOPs and policies, setting up the sole culture, we are proud of what we did.
