What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?
“Equal opportunities and liberal research perspectives”
Education in this digital era is more about information literacy. Not only talents and good academic abilities are part of the equation but it is also important to extract values from the skills. Research perspectives of different professional fields, exchange of experience between teachers & students, equal access to opportunities for each and every student, high quality assessments for fair development and more productivity; all drives my dedication to the education sector.
How would you describe your leadership style?
“Democratic and decisive leadership to guide others”
I believe in making decisions based on the input of each team member. Each employee has an equal say on a project and its direction. I always allow lower-level employees to exercise authority and guide them to use it wisely. Every person must understand and reflect on their duties in the best possible ways.

Any suggestions you would like to give to the current youth?
“Be clear with your goals in life, focus and achieve”
I would like to tell them that degree or certificate alone is not enough to start your career. You should have the skills and more importantly passion to keep ongoing in a particular field. Time management is equally important. Focus on your goals; if you have some objective in your life, then achieve it without delay.
