GTU Application Process 2023

The university keeps the application process online, applicants must go through the official website of GTU to apply for any course. The guidelines of how to apply are noted down below: 

  • Candidates need to visit the official website of GTU.
  • After opening the homepage of the website, click on the Admission Portal
  • Students who have not been registered should register themselves by clicking on ‘New Registration’
  • On a new window, an application form will be opened & candidates must fill the application form with requisite academic & personal details.
  • Students need to create a unique user ID and password & the login credentials will be registered by email and mobile phone.
  • After completing, click on the “Proceed to Application” tab.
  • The application fee should be paid through the Debit/Credit/Net Banking facility.

  • Library: The university has libraries for different schools. All the libraries consist of a monstrous collection of books, periodicals, journals, thesis, newspapers e-resources etc. Only the Engineering school of GTU has a library with a total number of 2095 books, 5365 e-books, 4 journals, 3 magazines & 200 thesis.
  • Hostel: The University has accommodation facilities with two hostel buildings, one for boys and girls. The hostel rooms are spacious and well-equipped with all the amenities that are required by the students. The facilities include mess and gym on the ground floor with 24*7 internet connection.
