Mr. V. Karthikeyan is the Assistant Professor and HOD for the 3-year LLB program in the School of Law. He has completed an LLM (Criminal Law & Criminal Justice Administration and currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Law. He has been teaching as an Assistant Professor for five years. He has also worked as a Moot Court Coordinator. Additionally, he owns memberships in various department and university-level committees. He has published four papers in journals.
What latest program are you offering in your department that helps students outperform and stand apart from the crowd?
We offer five-year integrated programs like B.A. LLB (Hons) and BBA LLB (Hons), three years -LLB and two years LLM Program in constitutional, administrative, corporate, and commercial law.

The CBCS system with the learning course outcomes is one of the factors that makes the program more reasonable and engaging. Ultimately leading to the best performances of students.
What are the best practices in the course you’re offering?
The various practical papers such as advocacy skills, the study of law reports, client counseling, and witness examination are the best practices that foster advocacy skills in the students while pursuing the degree.

We have designed internship programs that cover all the agencies connected with the legal stream. This program enriches the students in practicals and improves their skills.
