Ms. Silky Jain Marwah is executive director & Head of Corporate Relations at Tula’s Institute. After completing her schooling at Doon’s esteemed institution Brightlands School and pursuing her higher education from Symbiosis Institute of Design, Pune, Silky commenced with her professional journey at the young age of 22 and has evolved to become a global educationalist.

How do you strategize the key plans for the marketing and administration of the institute?

We have numerous strategies concerning the essential programs & plans for the institute's marketing and administration, including social media promotional activities, user-generated posts, defining our brand's image, utmost focus on students, video marketing on several platforms, statistics, SEO & other similar tools, interactive webinars, downloadable guides, etc.

How do you make the curriculum industry-oriented?

“Providing students with industrial visits to gain practical experience”

It is our endeavor to timely update our curriculum as per the ever-changing industry advancements. We regularly do research and take feedback from the specialists regarding the developments in the industry, which are duly evaluated and certified by the expert panel of the institute, thus making our curriculum ensure the best practice of the industry.

What do you think your roles and responsibilities to the institute and the students are?

“Providing students with well-equipped and developed academic facilities”

I feel that as an Executive Director of an educational institution, my roles and responsibilities revolve around the overall academic development of the students. These include having the most suitable faculty, a fully equipped campus, and most importantly, having an environment in the college for a student to succeed and prosper academically in their life.

What are the opportunities available for the growth of students?

When you first came to Tula’s Institute, what was your vision for the institute?

“COVID-19 impacted the education sector as well as my vision for its development”

We had established Tula's Institute back in the year 2006 with the vision of offering excellent academics along with furthering the professional and personal personas of every student. Depending upon the ever-changing scenarios around us, our vision over time has surely evolved for good. For instance, the COVID-19 phase has hugely impacted the education sector, uprooting everything, but we didn't turn our backs and envisioned digital learning as a possible outcome. Today, Tula's Institute has adapted to digital learning, without hampering the academic career of our students.
