Dr.Pournima Inamdar is the Head of School at MIT World Peace University, Pune. She has completed her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B), Master of Laws (LL.M), and Ph.D. Before joining academia, she worked as an advocate for 4 years before the Bombay High Court (Nagpur Bench). She has a total of 15 years of teaching experience in various law and management colleges across Maharashtra. She has attended many prestigious seminars and conferences. She has also presented papers and published articles extensively in many national and international journals.

What is your philosophy of leadership?

“A participative type of leadership always helps in an educational setting”

Leaders should have the quality to mediate the issues and work for the welfare of the whole group. Everyone’s opinion must be respected and taken into consideration.

How does the curriculum ensure the best practice of industry?

Mandatory internships and guest lectures are a regular practice at our college. Moreover, our skill-based practical curriculum helps us prepare the students for the fieldwork, required at corporate companies.Our students have the benefit of studying at this state-of-the-art facility.
