Dr.Pournima Inamdar is the Head of School at MIT World Peace University, Pune. She has completed her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B), Master of Laws (LL.M), and Ph.D. Before joining academia, she worked as an advocate for 4 years before the Bombay High Court (Nagpur Bench). She has a total of 15 years of teaching experience in various law and management colleges across Maharashtra. She has attended many prestigious seminars and conferences. She has also presented papers and published articles extensively in many national and international journals.

What is your philosophy of leadership?
