What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

“I have always strived for creating effective learning environments for my students”

My passion for teaching has been a motivating factor for me to pursue my professional career as an educator and researcher in the field of pharmaceutical sciences. The importance of knowledge and learning has been recognized since the beginning of time. Teaching in an educational institute like Swami Vivekanand College of Pharmacy is a magnificent way to showcase one's expertise and train students to become skilled pharmacists.

In your experience, what can an inbound student gain from studying here in your college?

We provide progressive academic environment for encouraging diversity and inclusivity among students”

We believe in providing comprehensive education to our pupils to broaden their perspectives, build diverse connections and encourage innovative ideas that would be viable across borders. In order to bridge the language barrier between teacher and teacher we intend to deliver instructions in a world acclaimed international language i.e., English. For English teaching to our foreign students (where native language is other than English) we have hired special trainers. We thrive to provide practical orientated learning which is the mainstay of all professional courses such as Pharmaceutical Sciences across the globe.

It is the era of globalization, is your institute planning any collaboration with foreign universities?

“We have initiated various MOU’s for research courses and student exchange courses”

For PG and UG courses we are thinking of introducing scholarship programs wherein our students can go abroad and obtain certain credits or foreign students can come here to obtain a few credits. However, this requires framing of statutes in this regard that will take some time. Such types of exchange programs create opportunities for students to learn, to prosper, and to share global platforms ensuring a secure future. Exchanges create future leaders who instinctively appreciate the value of international collaboration, understanding, and empathy.
