I confirm that all students should understand the subject material. We provide mini projects and homework to students after the completion of every lesson. They can also prepare for quizzes and exercises in class. It creates an atmosphere of enthusiasm and enjoyment among pupils. I consider myself the best lecturer in my academic life. It led me to encourage faculty and students to shine in academic-related activities.

What is your philosophy of leadership?

The vision of a leader is necessary for leadership. Educational; leadership includes best teaching approaches and learning objectives. The education system upskills and encourages everyone through several stages. My mission as a teacher contains three factors. These are to spark learner enthusiasm, promote positive learning and build a strong foundation for lifelong learning. I believe in the motto of seeking your victory in hard work. 

What plans do you currently design for students in Sri Krishna College of Engineering and Technology?

“Focus on academic and career goals for pupils”

We plan to focus on academic and career goals for pupils. The educational plan on campus is a guide for courses. It aids the students to stay focused on goals. 

Our college provides attention to slow students through individual meetings in class. The lessons are taken for them during their free time. I encourage every student to achieve maximum potential. It helps them to attend tests, exams and do research smoothly. Most of the candidates published their works through articles, journals, and technical blogs. 

How do you establish a healthy environment in Sri Krishna College of Engineering and Technology?

“Build positive relationships among students, faculty, and parents”

Everyone on the campus knows each other by creating positive relationships among students, parents, and teachers. We use humor, technology, and other methods to connect with all. The students make decisions by project ideas. I encourage faculties for collaborative research to raise the profile of the college in publications. It led us to work with several national and international publishers.

How do you bring a practical approach towards subjects that are industry-oriented?

“Provide industry training for pupils on campus”

We give industry training to students for knowledge of processes in the industry. They work on real-time projects and hackathons for industries. Our campus held talks by academic institutions, conference proceedings, government departments, research houses, and agencies. This aids me to stay on top of research and development. It provides practical solutions for any problems.

How do you update the curriculum for the students in Sri Krishna College of Engineering and Technology?

“Modify the curriculum each year through effective changes”

We made changes in the curriculum every year by assessing the problem, and method. These are reviewed by members of the Board of Studies. We introduce innovative concepts and changes in higher education. It also provides advantages to students. The meeting with industry experts is held at the end of every semester. 

What extracurricular activities on campus enhance the skills of the students?

“Internships, journal writing, and coding competitions are available to students”

We follow many extracurricular activities and programs for pupils. It includes Leadership Activities and Internships. The creative research clubs give Journal writing, patent publication, and magazine. We appreciate students participating in Hackathons, coding competitions, and project developments to raise technological skills. 

What was your vision for Sri Krishna College of Engineering and Technology?

“To provide quality education to pupils”

My primary vision is to deliver high-quality education for students. It raises the research and innovations in society. I made several things for students. These are updated videos to understand topics, conduct online quizzes, and provide analogy-based learning. We also organize brainstorming sessions for each student. 

How does the college prepare faculty for industry standards?

“Provide faculty development programs, conferences, workshops, and research writings”

We offer faculty development programs and industrial training partnerships for teachers. It is a great opportunity to attend national and international conferences, workshops, hackathons, and research writings. I motivate faculty to do research activities every week. This aids us to fix the target ourselves and follow it every day.
