What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

“Being able to create a hospitable climate to educate the students”

The key factors, which gears me to be connected, lies in organizational knowledge. My leadership begins with extensive knowledge of the instructional environment, individual students’ needs, strengths, and weaknesses of staff members. I guided the institution to better teaching and learning platforms. My administration shapes the visions of the academic success of all the students.

What is your philosophy of leadership? How would you describe your leadership style?

“A believer in transformational leadership”

There are many different kinds of leaders. There are no sets of qualities that have to be present in all leaders. An effective leader draws from a range of personal qualities to help them deal with different circumstances and challenges. My strong leadership quality is expanded through my personal qualities. I am strong enough to seek the people and help them during the time of need. My way of handling is different as I compliment the person with a sense of humor. For influencing any person a leader needs to have certain traits and skills. These traits are inborn and difficult to learn and practice. My leadership style is filled with courage, vision, creativity, honesty, self-regulation, delegation, compassion.

How do you strategize about the key programs and plans for the marketing and administration of your school?

“Aligning my work with the goals for the successful accomplishment”

Being the Principal, the key element for the successful marketing and administration of the school is planning. Planning is one of the most important aspects of management. We plan perfectly to increase the profits to their optimum level. The entire process of planning consists of many aspects it includes missions, objectives, policies, procedures, programs, budget, and strategies. I put these strategies squarely on the shoulders and those are done in a simple and organized manner in marketing to identify the audience, create a cohesive design, conduct a brand survey, host open hours and constantly improve marketing efforts to reach a wider audience.

What are some of the biggest challenges you see, both for higher education in general and for your college specifically?

“Coping with the technology-oriented teaching-learning process amidst the pandemic”

From my side, I can say the major challenge in higher education in this pandemic situation remains the lack of time and staff members. Definitely, as we cannot enhance the teaching-learning process through traditional classroom settings, consequently we have to complete all the processes through online classes which may not be as effective as in traditional methods. And, we have many other difficulties like the Unsustainable cost of instruction; Implementation of new technologies in developing the teaching-learning process in both the ends (both for students and teachers); balancing the curriculum.

Any suggestions you would like to give to the current youth and the aspiring students?

“Be kind and possess the ability to have a helping hand”

Today’s youth play a vital role in society, family, and in every part of the developments. The youngster’s view isn’t about hearing, but to implement. Their action brings a remarkable impact. The art of finding issues leads them to be a perfect problem solver. Networking is a special talent for being recognized as a strong person. Initiating valuable reforms could change the entire place. The students should be motivated in their stream. Students should join with their own will rather than persuaded by someone else. All students should be aware of their positives and negatives. Conversely, students should be gracious to all fellow beings.

How do you tend to establish a healthy relation and environment in your institute?

“Keeping an open door to the faculty and the students”

The foundation of any relationship is respect which is built with constant support. Trust and equality are followed in our institution. Management and our faculty team support amicable relationships among students. Mentors are allotted to hear students’ personal as well as other problems. A healthy nature-based environment boosts students to be lively and creative.
