Because it's the best one in my city. It is an excellent institution that brings out the best in kids. There is however still a lot of stigmas involving mental health but for the most part, I've found the university to be a home away from home.
Course Curriculum :
It lets me express my creativity quite a bit, which is the best part of my major. I love my profs and the way they are from all across the country. I am excited to explore what opportunities I will gain when I graduate.
Fees :
Around $6000 per year. Gym facilities and transportation is usually included within the tuition fees.
Examination Structure :
Hectic and all over the place. It depends on the course. For most of my courses, there is mainly a major essay due and any exams or quizzes take place inside the classroom which is one of the many reasons I took this major, to begin with.
Faculty :
Communication and Media studies is a very small part of the Arts faculty. It has a long way to go to being represented in a better light. Most people I talk to haven't even heard of such a major so it takes me twice as long to explain what kind of opportunities this will bring.
