- Stewart Hall: A female-only residence hall for 300 students. Rooms in this hall are furnished for double occupancy. Each wing has one laundry and two bathrooms. In the front, there is a large lounge area and an information desk.
- Mary Mabry Savage Apartments: Specially designed for married students and single parents, it has 32 apartments for married or single parents. Due to the limited number of apartments, only married couples or students with at least one dependent (less than 18 years of age) can apply for these apartments.
- Neff Hall: Neff hall is a two-story male resident hall having a residential facility for 230 residents. The resident rooms are furnished for double occupancy with free TV cable and wireless internet services.
- Mann Hall: The Mann Hall is a newly renovated residence complex on the campus that offers industrial-themed resident houses with individual bathrooms, study lounges, resident advisor quarters on each floor and laundry facility on the ground floor.
