I got an admit here and because it's pretty good, the curriculum is interesting and the teachers are well adept in their field of knowledge. Also the community here is very welcoming as they have Indian student associations to welcome us.

Asu Se is fully practical and you will end up learning a lot of industry best practices and you will work on numerous projects. As far as I remember each and every course had a group project. I am not sure how it is right now, as most of the best profs left by the time I graduated. Not updated with the current teaching standards

I was given 2 deficiency courses and I ended up paying 60000$ Just as tuition fee. Living and all other expenses are not included. Lucky I had Parttime job from 2nd semester to final which was pretty enough to cover my living expenses

In terms of research, each professor has her own style of conducting research. It is very fun and exciting and you have a chance to read real papers and case studies of real technologies. Given ASU is a innovation leader in the US, there is always an emphasis to stay up to date in terms of research and coursework.

The total tuition fee comes up to 54000 USD. If you chose to stay off campus you might spend 12000 USD while living luxuriously. You can get away for way cheaper if you share accommodations(very common).
