The Bachelor of Science program in Atmospheric Sciences addresses the needs of students interested in studying meteorology or climate science. The program provides students with an in-depth knowledge of the physical characteristics, motions and processes of air; as well as the interactions of this protective layer with the underlying oceans and continents. The undergraduate program emphasizes a systems approach, combining traditional atmospheric sciences with emerging fields. Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academics:
- Students must have passed high school to get admission.
- Students are required to maintain at least a 3.0 overall GPA.
Language Requirments:
- Students whose official language is not English are required to submit IELTS or TOEFL scores.
- Students are required to submit an SAT or ACT score to be considered for admission.
International students who currently or will hold a degree from an institution where English is the primary language of instruction, do not need to submit a TOEFL or IELTS score report.
