The Human Resource Management (HRM) concentration prepares students specifically for careers in the Human Resource department of an organization. Jointly developed with the Society for Human Resource management (SHRM) and recognized as a SHRM-aligned program, the HRM degree prepares students for the challenges of working in human resources in the 21st century.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Requirements:
- Submit official transcripts of all the previous coursework with evaluation by NACES
- Official transcripts must include course by course evaluation and document by document evaluation
- Students must have a minimum GPA of 2.5 or equivalent
- Submit SAT or ACT scores with minimum score of 480 in evidence based reading/writing and 440 in Maths (old SAT), 440 in critical reading and 410 in Math (new SAT), 17 in English or 17 in reading and Maths (ACT)
- Submit English language proficiency scores
English Language Requirements:
- TOEFL: minimum 79 in iBT
- IELTS: minimum 6.5
- Pearson: minimum 58
- MET: minimum 59
