I don't have an IELTS or TOFEL but I have an English proficiency certificate from my Undergraduate school,I s it acceptable?

It is mandatory for all international students applying at Claremont Graduate University to submit a valid ELP test score in order to be considered for admission. However, students from certain countries are exempted from the ELP test score requirement. Please check if you are eligible for exemption from the Internationl Applicants page of the university’s website.
