The Master’s in Traditional Chinese Medicine (MS-TCM) is a 4 year, 145.5 credit, 3395 hour program.
For those who pursue this program, in the first year they will study basic theory, acupuncture concepts and biomedicine.
In the second year they will gradually begin their herbal studies.
They will begin a survey of the traditional Chinese Materia Medica, which encompasses over 300 individual herbs.
This herbal training continues alongside their acupuncture training and acupuncture clinical internship in their third year.
In this phase they will continue to explore individual herbs and 150 formulas.
They will finish their education with classes in clinical applications of Chinese medicine including dietetics, acupuncture/moxibustion and herbal formulae and a herbal clinic concentration in the fourth and final year.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement

Academic Eligibility:

Students should have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related STEM field from an accredited university or recognized international institution
Students are recommended a cumulative undergraduate GPA of 2.90 or higher.

Indian Eligibility:

Indian students are eligible to apply if they meet one of the following eligibility criteria:

Completed 4 years of a bachelor's degree in the first division in a relevant field from a recognized institution.

Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test to get admission to this program.
