Jack Landry Review at University Of New Hampshire [UNH], Durham | Collegedunia

My time at UNH

JL
8.7 /10

Great Business school for one, but also because of the student body diversity. It was cool to meet so many different and interesting people throughout my time there. It was also close to home, which was a big focal point for me.

Course Curriculum :

I do not like standardized tests. I found the exam to be very dull and didn't seem to account for any real critical thinking skills. It seemed only to test how well you could study and didn't look at how each person thought analytically.

Exams :

SAT - this was the only exam I took due to the fact that it was the only required exam needed to get into the schools I was interested in.

Fees :

I do not remember - this was all handled by my parents. I was lucky enough to not have to worry about this. I remember it being fairly high for a state school, though.

Examination Structure :

The exam structure was great - professors handled the material well and allowed students ample time to study/meet with them at office hours to go over anything that wasn't crystal clear. I benefitted from this in a large way.

Faculty :

I thought very highly of them. They seemed to genuinely care about the well being of their students, and It showed. I made many meaningful connections with a few professors.
