US Student Visa Requirements for International Students

Students aspiring to enrol in New England College need to have a valid visa and passport in order to study in the US. Below-mentioned are the steps to be followed by students to apply for visa and arrange for their arrival in NEC, after their admissions are confirmed by the college:

Once your admission is confirmed by New England College, a personal Designated School Official (DSO) will be there throughout your degree program to assist with International Advising. They will help you with all the formalities required to be done in order to procure your F1 Visa.
Contact the Student Affairs and Residence Life for filling up necessary forms and information like Health forms, Housing/Meal Contract, Travel checklist, campus map and directions to the campus.
You will be registered for the Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS). Your DSO will provide you with an I-20 Form and a SEVIS number which will be required for the visa appointment.
