Pomona College International Student Admissions

Pomona College Transfer Student Admission Process

Like other applicants, the Transfer students must also submit the Coalition Application or The Common Application. However, Transfer applicants are only admitted in the fall semester.

US Student Visa Application Process

The students who wish to study in the USA and in Miami University require a student visa. The students require an I-20 form for F-1 or J-1 student visa. Once Miami University issues the I-20 form, students can apply for an F-1 visa and pay the SEVIS fee. They need to schedule a visa appointment at the US embassy. The general documents required for visa application are:

  • Completed visa application
  • Receipt of SEVIS fee
  • I-20 form issued by Miami University
  • Acceptance letter from the university

Ans. Pomona College has an extended test option Policy for 2022-2024 so applicants don't need to submit these scores. However, if the students think that the test scores reflect their academic excellence, they can submit the same.

Ans. Yes international students enrolled in a college but not completed their bachelors can apply for transfer at Pomona College. The Transfer applicants are admitted in the fall semester only.
