Bachelor of Science [B.Sc] {Hons.} (Horticulture) From Sri Konda Laxman Telangana State Horticultural University, Hyderabad

Aspirants seeking admission to 3 year Full-time Program should meet the following criteria as specified by the institute.

Academic Requirement: 

• Candidate must be pass in atwo-year Intermediate Examination conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana State or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto by the University or Intermediate Board with the following subjects.

1. Physical Sciences
2. Biological or Natural Sciences

• The seats under ICAR quota are filled by ICAR, based on the performance in the written examination and choice of the students.
• The selection of candidates for all the seats, except those reserved for I.C.A.R Quota and in-service candidates shall be made on the basis of ranks obtained by the candidates in the EAMCET in their respective local areas from out of the inter-se merit lists prepared for this purpose. The candidates will be selected based on merit, Presidential order, region and social status.
• In case of a tie in ranks obtained by two or more candidates in the EAMCET, the age shall be taken into consideration and the older candidate shall be given the seat. In case of tie both in the ranks and age, the marks secured in the optional subjects of the Qualifying examination shall be taken into consideration.

Sri Konda Laxman Telangana State Horticultural University invites applications from Diploma holders in Horticulture for admission into four years B.Sc.(Hons.) Horticulture Degree Programme through HORTICET - 2018 for the academic year 2018-19.

• Eligibility: A pass in Horticulture Diploma Course from SKLTSHU / Dr. YSRHU (Those who are going to complete the diploma requirements in 2018-19 academic year can also apply).
• Age Limit: The candidates shall be required to have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December of the year of admission (2018) with an upper age limit of 25 years.
