Campus Life:

The fest conducted this year in 2023 is Tarang which will have a lot of fun activities within it. Many books are available in The library, even course books are issued in the batch of three students at the start of the semester, overall you can issue 7 books every semester. There are many sports and extracurricular activities on campus, There are a variety of Sports like tennis, Table tennis, basketball, Etc. There are many clubs for various activities, for example, TPC(The Programming Club)which teaches programming, The robotics club, etc.

Considering the cost hostel and mess are Just OK. In hostel, 1 room contains 3 people and 4 rooms consist of a Block And there is a big washroom for a single block Mess food is sometimes good just edible

Campus Life:

The annual cultural fest is Tarang and the annual technical fest is Abhikalpan. The classrooms are spacious and air-conditioned. The campus has a sports complex that includes a gym, a basketball court, a volleyball court, a badminton court, a table tennis hall, a cricket ground, a football ground, etc. It also has an auditorium for cultural events and functions. The students can participate in various clubs and societies like Robotics Club, Literary Club, Photography Club, Astronomy Club, Music Club, Dance Club, Drama Club, etc. There are several social groups, clubs or websites for students run by students like.

We have been provided with a three sharing room. . Mess food is okayish. Registration process is quite easy. At the time of your arrival in the hostel you will provided with a form and also big hostels are quite of affordable. For 6 months you will be charged 15 thousand.

hostels are good and clean with high speed internet facilities . a bed, a teble, a almirah , and all electric facilities like fan, switchboard , lights in the room. sometimes the internet in hostels gose off that's create a lot's of issue. but in computer center there will be internet always so you can go there.

Campus Life:

Campus life is quite chill, you get enough time to live your college life. There are clubs for each arts field and each sports field, and with a campus area of 350 acres, it is sufficient to do anything. Annual fests like Tarang happen each year, library which is large enough and is constantly updated is there in the computer center. Classes are in air-conditioned furnished theatres with at-par sound systems and projectors.

Hostel Facilities:

The meal is again the worst. Someday the central mess will offer you food that you even won't want to touch! It's very filthy and unhygienic! Again the hostel is decent but sometimes the LAN connections are gone for weeks during exams and also there are no internet facilities available all over the campus

Hostel Facilities:

All the students must stay in the hostels alloted in the college campus only. And every batch are alloted a seperate hostel. The facilities provided in the hostel rooms are good. A bed, table, chair, fan, cupboard are provided to each and every student. The food in the mess is decent.

How are hostels in IIIT Jabalpur?

IIIT Jabalpur hostels are good. Its rooms are just like any other private college. They are not like other Government college’s hostels.

IIIT Jabalpur has 3 hostels, Hall of residence 1, Hall of residence 3, and Hall of residence 4.

Rooms: There are 1 seat, 3 seaters, and 4 seaters room. The rooms of hostels are spacious and big. Hostels do not have a/c facility in their room. There are beds for every single person. Each student also allotted wardrobes for keeping their personal belongings. All the rooms also have Wi-fi facilities with good bandwidth.
Canteens: The hostels also have a canteen facility that runs till midnight.
Restrictions: There are no strict restrictions on timing.
Hygiene and Cleanness: The hygiene and cleanses of the rooms are good. Cleaner comes to clean and mopped the room. These charges are included in the hostel fees.
Mess: The hostel has a mess facility. But students mostly don’t depend on the mess food. There are Nescafe, Subway, and other eateries outside the campus.
Sports facility: The hostel has a Student Activity Centre known as SAC, where there is a cricket ground, basketball, and volleyball court. Along with that it also has an indoor sports facility. So if you are a sports enthusiast, you will surely have a great time here.

Therefore, if you are thinking of joining IIIT Jabalpur, then surely apply for its hostel. It has a great hostel facility, which is also in good condition.
